Marketing Executive — Digital & Content
Execute high-quality digital, content and campaign activities that make IICL easier to discover, understand and trust. This role supports brand visibility and demand generation across IICL's AI products and enterprise technology offerings, while learning how B2B marketing connects content, channels, buyer journeys and sales outcomes.
What you will do
Create and adapt clear, accurate content for LinkedIn, website pages, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, product collateral and event communication.
Maintain a channel-wise content calendar and coordinate inputs, reviews, approvals and publishing deadlines.
Support on-page SEO and approved website or landing-page updates, including keyword mapping, titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal links, image alt text and conversion paths.
Assist with campaign set-up and execution across organic social, email, landing pages, webinars, events and approved paid channels.
Create campaign assets and simple visual content using approved brand templates; coordinate with designers for advanced creative work.
Support product launches, capability decks, sales one-pagers, customer stories and industry-specific messaging in partnership with product and sales teams.
Track campaign responses, website behaviour, social engagement and lead sources; maintain accurate data in approved systems and prepare concise performance summaries.
Monitor relevant market, competitor, keyword and content trends, and propose practical topics or experiments for IICL.
Support webinars, conferences, partner activities and employer-brand initiatives before, during and after each event.
Check every published asset for factual accuracy, grammar, visual consistency, working links and compliance with IICL brand standards.
What we are looking for
Strong writing, editing and proofreading ability, with the judgement to simplify technical ideas without distorting them.
Basic understanding of social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing and digital analytics.
Working proficiency in presentations, spreadsheets and visual-content tools such as Canva or equivalent.
A detail-oriented, deadline-conscious approach to campaign execution and approvals.
Curiosity about AI, automation, enterprise technology and the business problems these solutions address.
Ability to collaborate with sales, product, design and technical contributors and act constructively on feedback.
Preferred background
Internship or experience in B2B technology, IT services, SaaS, digital marketing, content, communications or an agency environment.
Exposure to Google Analytics, Search Console, a CMS, email marketing platforms, CRM tools or social scheduling tools.
A portfolio of writing, campaign, social, website or design work; academic and self-initiated projects are acceptable for early-career candidates.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, English, design or a related discipline; equivalent practical capability is also welcome.
How success will be measured
Final targets are agreed by role and review period. Core measures include:
On-time delivery and quality of approved content and campaign assets.
Growth in relevant website, search and social engagement rather than vanity reach alone.
Campaign responses and qualified leads influenced through assigned activities.
Accuracy of analytics, lead-source capture and content-performance reporting.
Consistency with IICL's brand, product claims and buyer-focused messaging.
First 90 days
Learn IICL's brand, portfolio, audience segments, editorial standards, approval workflow and core analytics tools.
Take ownership of the content calendar and reliably deliver assigned social, email and website assets.
Use performance data to recommend and execute at least one evidence-based content or conversion improvement cycle.
