Senior Manager — Marketing & Demand Generation

Build IICL's market position and create measurable demand across enterprise technology services, AI solutions and the company's product portfolio. The role owns integrated marketing strategy from positioning and content through account-based campaigns, digital acquisition, events, product marketing and sales enablement, with clear accountability for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.

What you will do

Develop the annual and quarterly marketing strategy, priorities, budget recommendations, campaign calendar and measurable channel goals.
Define and maintain IICL's brand narrative, portfolio architecture, audience-specific value propositions and messaging standards.
Build integrated demand-generation programmes across account-based marketing, content, SEO, email, social, webinars, events, partnerships and selectively approved paid channels.
Partner with Business Development to define ideal-customer profiles, target-account segments, buyer journeys, lead stages, scoring rules, hand-off criteria and follow-up expectations.
Lead product marketing for IICL's AI and automation portfolio, including market insight, positioning, launch plans, sales narratives, use cases, collateral and adoption campaigns.
Own the website content and conversion roadmap, balancing SEO requirements with clear journeys, premium brand presentation, mobile usability and qualified enquiry generation.
Create an editorial system that turns leadership, product, delivery and customer insight into credible thought leadership, case studies and campaign assets.
Build vertical campaigns for priority sectors and use cases, supported by audience research, relevant proof and coordinated sales outreach.
Establish dashboards for marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing-influenced pipeline, conversion, cost, engagement, search visibility and campaign performance.
Manage internal team members, agencies, freelancers and production partners through clear briefs, quality standards, deadlines and budget control.
Equip Business Development with current presentations, one-pagers, account insights, case studies, objection-handling content and campaign follow-up plays.
Protect brand and claims integrity by establishing review controls for customer references, statistics, product capabilities, privacy and permissions.
Run structured experiments, document learning and reallocate effort toward the channels, audiences and propositions producing the strongest commercial signal.

What we are looking for

Demonstrated B2B marketing experience in IT services, enterprise technology, SaaS, AI and automation, digital transformation or a comparable complex offering.
Evidence of building integrated demand-generation programmes that contributed to qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Strong capability across positioning, content strategy, product marketing, SEO, digital campaigns, events and sales enablement.
Working knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution limits, CRM and marketing automation, funnel conversion and budget optimisation.
Excellent writing, editing, briefing and executive presentation skills, with disciplined control over factual and product claims.
Experience leading people and external partners while maintaining a high bar for delivery quality and operating cadence.
Commercial judgement, customer empathy and the ability to prioritise high-impact work in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred background

Experience with account-based marketing, enterprise buyer journeys and multi-stakeholder technology sales cycles.
Experience marketing both services and products, including launch planning and vertical use-case development.
Strong working knowledge of analytics, search, content-management, email, social and CRM platforms; specific tools are less important than sound operating practice.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is useful but not mandatory where experience demonstrates equivalent capability.

How success will be measured

Final targets are agreed by role and review period. Core measures include:

Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced qualified pipeline against agreed goals.
MQL-to-SQL acceptance, opportunity influence and campaign-to-conversation conversion quality.
Organic visibility, high-intent website traffic and landing-page conversion improvement.
Performance and efficiency of priority campaigns, events and channel investments.
Clarity and consistency of IICL's positioning across website, sales collateral and market communication.
Sales enablement adoption and Business Development feedback on lead and asset quality.
Team execution quality, budget discipline and speed of learning from experiments.

First 90 days

Audit IICL's brand, website, content, campaigns, funnel data, sales collateral and measurement maturity; convert findings into a prioritised action plan.
Align leadership and Business Development on audience segments, positioning, lead definitions, service-level expectations and core dashboards.
Launch an integrated priority campaign and establish a repeatable monthly performance, insight and optimisation review.
